Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
RETURN WINDOW — 7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged products
- Size mismatch (exchange for the correct size, subject to availability)
- If you simply don't like the product
CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact
HOW TO INITIATE
1. Reach out via our Contact page or WhatsApp at +91 90145 06521 within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order ID and a short reason (with photos in case of damage)
3. We arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost
4. Once the pickup is verified at our studio, we process your refund to the original UPI payment method within 3–5 business days
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Hand-printed and handloom fabrics may show slight variations in print placement, weave, or colour — this is a characteristic of handmade products and not considered a defect
- Custom / made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
- Refunds are issued only to the original UPI payment source
