We ship all across India — completely free. FREE SHIPPING Complimentary shipping on every order, across India. No minimums. ORDER PROCESSING Once you complete UPI payment and submit your Transaction ID (UTR): 1. Our team verifies your payment against our bank statement — usually within 2–3 minutes 2. Your order is then packed and dispatched from our studio 3. You receive a confirmation and tracking link over WhatsApp / email DELIVERY TIMELINE 4–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer. ORDER TRACKING We share courier and AWB details on WhatsApp / email as soon as your order ships. You can also reach us any time for an update. SHIPPING SCOPE We currently ship only within India. International shipping isn't available at this time — please contact us if you have a specific request. MISSED / DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive as expected, please reach out within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can raise a claim with our courier partner.
